Fundy Footpath Cable Stairs Update

Hey everyone! Just an update to let you know that the reroute around the cable stairs at the small brook just east of Long Beach has been completed.   The new route travels somewhat upstream along the brook before crossing at a small cascade somewhat near the road.  When traveling the Footpath here, please use this new route and do not attempt the old route with the stairs, which will soon be removed.

Also, work is progressing well on the Cradle Brook hillside with all the upper reroutes complete and much of the lower section done as well.  Huge credit goes to our trail crew!
